How to Prepare For Your Visit
We want your time with us to be as restorative and seamless as possible. To get the most out of your treatment, please take a moment to review these helpful tips on how to prepare for your visit.
Before You Arrive
✔️Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment. Proper hydration helps your body flush out toxins released during massage or body treatments.
✔️Eat Lightly: Try to avoid heavy meals at least one hour before your service. A light snack is perfectly fine, but a full stomach can make certain treatments (like massages) feel uncomfortable.
✔️Communicate Your Needs: When booking, please let us know if you have any allergies, physical injuries, or if you are pregnant. This allows us to tailor the experience specifically to you.
What to Bring (and Leave Behind)
✔️Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. While we provide plush robes and slippers, you’ll appreciate easy-to-change clothing for your journey home.
✔️No Jewelry: We have dishes for you to put your jewelry in here, but for your own convenience its best to come with as little jewelry as possible.
✔️The "Digital Detox": To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone or switch it to silent mode upon arrival.
Timing Your Arrival
Arriving late may unfortunately limit the time of your treatment, as we must stay on schedule for following guests. If you arrive more than 15 min late you will be asked to reschedule your treatment.
