Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule online with no penalty up to 48 hours in advance.​ Late cancellations (within 48 hours of the service) will automatically be charged 50% of the booked treatment. This is to respect your providers time.
​100% of the booked treatment will be charged in case of no-show. No exceptions.
Product Refund Policy
Village Skin Sanctuary does not offer refunds on any services received nor returns on any products UNLESS there is a manufacturer defect. In such a case, the exact product will be replaced when the original product is returned. We reserve the right to uphold this policy.
