Swedish Massage
From $70 | 30, 60, 90 min
Swedish massage is the most well-known and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage. This type of massage focuses on muscle relaxation and the benefits include increased blood circulation, pain management, and reduced stress.

Deep Tissue Massage
From $80 | 30, 60, 90 min
Involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. Perfect for athletes.

Pre Natal Massage
$120 | 60 min
Improve circulation, decreases swelling, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. Adapted for the changes you go through during pregnancy, this massage is safe (and heavenly!) for the expectant mother in her second or third trimester.

Reiki
$130 | 60 min
Experience deep relaxation and gentle energy balancing with this 60-minute Reiki session. The client lies fully clothed on the massage table while a therapist uses light touch or hovering hands to channel healing energy and help promote a sense of calm and well-being. Ideal for those seeking stress relief and a peaceful escape from daily routines.

Reflexology
$85 | 30 min
Reflexology comes from Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a form of massage where pressure is applied to specific points on the head, hands, and most often the feet, that correlate to different parts of the body. Applying pressure to these points breaks up stagnant energy to allow the “Qi” or life force energy to flow and promote healing. In this session reflexology will be applied to the feet only.

LED therapy add on
$30
Near-infrared wavelengths can penetrate deep into the muscle and joint tissue to alleviate pain, increase circulation and decrease inflammation. Infrared light therapy provides compromised cells with extra energy to accelerate the natural repair of compromised tissue cells, foster cell production, and restore homeostasis within the body.
