How we are adapting to COVID-19?
We have taken the below measures to ensure that clients and staff are healthy and protected:

Services are by appointment only and will occur one at a time. You will be the only client in the shop with only your technician present.

Throughout the pandemic, Erin became certified in infection-control methods. This will ensure that all surfaces and ALL TOOLS will be thoroughly disinfected before and after every client.

We have invested in a double-filtration HEPA air purifier with UV sanitation to ensure the highest indoor air quality possible.

You will be asked a few questions upon arrival such as your recent exposure to the virus, and recent travelling to high-risk areas, etc.

Your technician will be wearing a mask (and gloves when appropriate).

Clients will be asked to please cancel their appointments if they or someone in close proximity to them are exhibiting symptoms of illness. Your technician will certainly give you that same courtesy.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are non-refundable but do not expire and can be used as in store credit.
SPA ARRIVAL
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service will require us to adjust your service. Late arrivals will not receive an extension, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Village Skin Sanctuary operates by APPOINTMENT ONLY
We will be glad to accommodate last minute calls for service whenever possible.
CANCELLATION
If you must cancel, we ask you do so at least 48 hours in advance.
PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Venmo, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.​
