Ultrasound

Ultrasound utilizes sonophoresis to increase the absorption of topical compounds into the skin’s epidermis and dermis. It is widely used in hospitals to deliver drugs through the skin, oftentimes being referred to as “an injection without a needle”. High level sound wave technology is used to penetrate deep below the surface of the skin, promoting cellular renewal and repair, toning of muscles, increasing blood circulation, encouraging lymphatic drainage, and aid in penetrating skin care products deep into the skin. Less product is required, and it is more effective as it penetrates and acts deep within the skin’s layers. This process is gentle, non-invasive, safe and suitable for all skin types.
